The live haunted attraction “Ghosts on the Balcony” is coming to the Birmingham 8 Theatre powered by Emagine for the entire month of October!
The historic theater will be completely transformed into a haunted house experience. No movies will be shown for the entire month, and instead will be a live haunted attraction that is approximately a one hour walk through.
The Birmingham 8 Powered by Emagine, long time rumored to be haunted, was constructed in 1927 as a playhouse prior to its remodel as a movie theatre in the 1980’s. Guests have reported encounters with apparitions, hearing sounds of disembodied voices and footsteps, as well as experiencing other unexplained paranormal activity like lights flickering, doors opening and closing by themselves, and objects being moved by an unseen entity.
