Macaroni and Cheese

2 cups uncooked pasta

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4tsp ground mustard

1/4 tsp worchestershire sauce

2 cups milk

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

*Omit mustard and worchestershire for picky eaters.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook macaroni as directed on package.
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, mustard, and worchestershire sauce. Cook over med, low heat stirring constantly until smooth and bubbly.

Remove from heat and stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Stir in cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.

Drain macaroni and add to cheese sauce. Pour into ungreased 2 qt casserole dish. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes.
