ADELE kicked off her world tour in Belfast, Ireland on Monday . . . and since it was also Leap Day, she asked if there were any women who needed help proposing to their boyfriends. According to an old Irish legend, or maybe actual history, St. Brigid struck a deal with St. Patrick to allow WOMEN to propose to men on one day every four years for balance, sort of like how the Leap Day balances the calendar. Anyhow, one woman took her up on her offer. She came up and said she’d proposed to her boyfriend Neil earlier in the day, and he said “maybe in a while.” Adele wasn’t cool with that, so she had the whole crowd chant “Come on, Neil!”
