How You Sleep = What You Eat?!

Admittedly, getting enough sleep can be a battle; but it may be a battle you want to fight a little harder to win. According to a recent Mayo Clinic study, several bad eating habits can develop if we are deficient in the sleep department. Late night snacking, more cravings for carbs & fat and missing out on key nutrients top the list of woes we suffer when we miss sleep. Really?
