Loki (Tom Hiddleston) blames bad weather on Thor in Chicago forecast

Tom Hiddleston (Loki) dropped by a Chicago TV station and decided to give a weather forecast while he was there. He informed everyone that the weather was pretty much all Thor’s fault.
