Outrage growing over 6-year-old handcuffed at school for taking candy of teacher’s desk

Madisyn Moore, just 6-years-old is a student at  Fernwood Elementary in Chicago. The little girl took the candy off the teacher’s desk. The school resource officer decided to teach her a lesson and handcuffed the child and left her in a dark stairwell. Her mother was outraged.  More
