How do I know when my prize is ready to be claimed?
-Our Promotions Department will contact you on the status of your prize within 72 hours of winning.

Where / when can I claim my prize?
-You can claim your prize (with valid ID) at the 96.3 WDVD offices Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (with the exception of some holidays) unless alternate arrangements have been made through our Promotions Department. 96.3 WDVD is located on the 8th Floor of the Fisher Building in Detroit’s New Center Area.

How long do I have to claim my prize?
-You have 30 days to claim your prize from the day you are contacted for pick up. Failure to claim your prize within 30 days will result in forfeiture of said prize. -Concert tickets are available until 5:00 p.m. the day of the show. If the show falls on a weekend, concert tickets are available until 5:00 p.m. the Friday before the show.

Can someone else claim my prize for me?
-Under certain circumstances, we will release your prize to a third party. Please call our Promotions Department at (313) 873-9802 to make arrangements for third party prize pick up. Prizes valued at $100 or more require additional paperwork and must be claimed by winner.

Will you mail me my prize?
-Under certain circumstances, we will mail a prize. Please call our promotions department (313) 873-9802 for details.

Am I eligible to win?
-All legal residents of Michigan 18 years of age or older (unless specified otherwise) are eligible to play and win a contest.

How often can I win?
-Your household is eligible to win a prize only once every 30 days. Winners that have been awarded a prize valued at less than $600 with in the past 30 days may continue to play for large scale station contests (e.g., Party Plane, High / Low, Pick Your Purse, Shopping Spree, etc.) A listener is eligible to win a prize valued at $600 or more only once every six months.

Can I trade my prize for something else?
-You are not entitled to a transfer prize or obtain a substitute prize. We may, at our sole discretion, may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
